Experience: 1-7 year’s risk consulting experience (Post Qualification). For Managerial Role- The candidates are expected to have managed couple of IBA – ASM projects
Education: CA / MBA (Finance)

Job Description:
  • Conducting on-site as well as off-site monitoring of the business/ project, analyze, evaluate the project financially.
  • Continuous tracking of aspects like Government regulations, international sector developments, etc. which may have material impact on the subject company /industry/ sector, all approvals and clearances, price escalation in capital items or raw materials etc.
  • Assessment of risks that may hinder the financial health, safety and security of the organization.
  • Evaluation of the existing risk management policies and protocols.
  • Identification of root causes of the incipient stress in the account and remedial measure.
  • Monitoring of the purchases, inventory build-up, monitor the actual operations (production / supplies etc.) vis-a-vis projections, verification of high value transaction/ payment, verification of evidence of end use of facilities to company and its utilization, inspection/ verification of stocks/ book debts, source of margin money for working capital etc.
  • Performing variance analysis /reviews and other financial analysis
  • Cash inflow monitoring, involving identification of sources of Cash Flow based on Estimates/ Projections, Sources of Unsecured loans/NCD, its tenor and rate of interest, if any/ sale of fixed assets/ Investments, Interest/dividend received from investment etc.
  • Cash Outflow Monitoring involving creditor’s repayment/repayment of Term borrowings, capital drawings, Inter Corporate transactions and/ or related party transactions etc.
  • To keep track of Industry specific prevailing trends, cyclical changes, Government Policies and precautionary/ mitigation measures, sustainability/ sensitivity in Products/ business, high Value vendor due diligence, technological obsolescence and substitution measures, listing of any litigation and court cases.
  • Preparation of risk reports, attend meetings and presentation to senior members of Bank/ FIs.

Job Description:
  • Knowledge of various financial reporting standards and laws such as Indian GAAP, IndAS, IFRS etc., Companies Act, 2013, IBC, 2016 and Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Knowledge and ability to analyse Financial Statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same.
  • Knowledge in financial valuation, financial modeling, business planning.
  • Ability to perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
  • Knowledge about valuation of businesses and Intangibles for varied purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.) to facilitate strategic decision making by clients.
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, intangible assets.
  • Presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical skills to perform detailed reviews of financial models, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings in a report format to clients.
  • Knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel, Word). Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
  • Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
