Job Description:
  • Knowledge of various financial reporting standards such as Indian GAAP, IndAS, IFRS etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant provisions under companies Act.
  • Knowledge in financial valuation & financial modelling, business planning and Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
  • Knowledge of providing Valuation services across sectors including real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, automotive components, manufacturing etc. (depends on the project).
  • Knowledge about valuation of businesses to facilitate strategic decision making by clients, valuation of intangible assets like brands, patents, customer relationships, valuation of Derivatives and valuation for reporting and regulatory purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.).
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, intangible assets.
  • Actively involved in conducting feasibility studies and preparing business plans for various clients.
  • Should have the fair value of share (using average of Net Asset Value, Profit Earning Capacity Value & Discounted Cash Flow Value) and Exchange Ratio in case of Mergers/Acquisitions.

  • To be part of a growing investment banking firm – part of a leading financial advisory firm with offices across India, Middle East and Singapore.
  • 10+ years of experience in working with leading financial services firms with preference for investment banking boutiques.
  • Proven track record of working on and closing investment banking transactions.

Job Description:
  • Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
  • Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories.
  • Designing valuation models for Asset Valuation.
  • Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on site collection of data relating to client assets.
  • Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/ assets etc.

Job Description:
  • To Work as a Team Member for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as per guidelines and regulations under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
  • To verify and analyze books of accounts, financial statements and cash flow of corporate for taking effective control during the period it is admitted for Insolvency resolution Process with NCLT.
  • To verify claims of various creditors, conduct meetings of Committee of creditors, Prepare Information Memorandum and Resolution Plan after discussion with various stakeholders.
  • To work closely with Creditors, Company management and other stakeholders to ensure company continues to be a going concern during Interim Period pending finalization of Resolution Plan.
  • Building relationships with key corporate groups, lenders and financial sponsors across different sectors.
  • Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively suggest strategic options related to debt such as debt refinancing, fund raising / syndication for new projects, leverage financing for acquisitions, bid advisory and debt restructuring-related services including sale / workout of NPAs.
  • Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in the specific areas related to debt financing and restructuring across various sectors and also assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
  • Work on an integrated basis to pitch for and win mandates encompassing end to end advisory services.
  • Business Modeling and Plan Development and an ability to analyse and envisage new / key industry and financing trends.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction.
  • Assistance and guidance in finalization of the transaction documentation including the initial Information Memorandum, financial model and the definitive agreements.
  • Integrate output from various service lines and deliver a holistic solution to the clients.
  • Provide inputs for group business plan and future direction of the Corporate Finance practice
  • Evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices.
  • Knowledge and experience of debt financing products such as project finance, term loans, ECB s, corporate bonds, promoter financing, acquisition finance, structured finance, etc. and relevant RBI, SEBI, ECB and FPI debt regulations is essential.
  • Knowledge of restructuring laws, regulations, New Insolvency Code etc. is essential.
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach.
  • High level of strategic and creative thinking and an ability to come up with solutions from a tax or legal structuring perspective.
  • Understanding of legal, tax and financial structuring issues relevant to debt financing.
