IBC Cases

The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, vide its order dated February 23, 2022 (the order was received on February 25, 2022) has admitted the application filed by Axis Bank Limited (“Financial Creditor”) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) and initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) upon JMT Auto Limited (“Corporate Debtor”).

As per the order, Mr. Pardeep Kumar Sethi having IP Registration No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00711/2017-2018/11265 have been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) with respect to JMT Auto Limited vide the same order.

A public announcement in this regard has been made by the IRP on February 28, 2022 in Financial Express (All edition), Jansatta (Delhi & Lucknow), Kannda Prabha (Hubbli) and Utkal mail (Jamshedpur).

The creditors of JMT Auto Limited are hereby called upon to submit their claims with proof to the interim resolution professional in specified form.

The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated March 15, 2022 (the certified order was received on march 25, 2022) has admitted the application filed by State Bank of India (“Financial Creditor”) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) and initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) upon RPA Ferro – Industries Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”).

As per the order, Mr. Kumar Rajan having IP Registration No: IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00658/2018-2019/12116 have been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) with respect to RPA Ferro – Industries Private Limited vide the same order.

A public announcement in this regard has been made by the IRP on March 28, 2022 in Financial Express (All India edition), Navshakti (All Maharashtra edition), and Kannda Prabha (Dharwad edition).

The creditors of RPA Ferro – Industries Private Limited are hereby called upon to submit their claims with proof to the interim resolution professional in specified form.
