Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021

The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Bill, 2021 received the President’s assent on August 13, 2021. The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Amendment Act’) intends to ease the burden and also decriminalize various provisions in the Limited Liability Act, 2008 (‘LLP Act’).
