SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’), which requires every listed entity to
comply with MPS requirements as specified in Rule 19(2) and 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(‘SCRR’).
