Job Description:
  • Knowledge of various financial reporting standards such as Indian GAAP, IndAS, IFRS etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant provisions under companies Act.
  • Knowledge in financial valuation & financial modeling , business planning and Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
  • Knowledge of providing Valuation services across sectors including real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, automotive components, manufacturing etc. (depends on the project).
  • Knowledge includes valuation of businesses to facilitate strategic decision making by clients, valuation of intangible assets like brands, patents, customer relationships, valuation of Derivatives and valuation for reporting and regulatory purposes (including purchase price allocations etc.).
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, intangible assets
  • Actively involved in conducting feasibility studies and preparing business plans for various clients
  • Should have the fair value of share (using average of Net Asset Value, Profit Earning Capacity Value & Discounted Cash Flow Value) and Exchange Ratio in case of Mergers/Acquisitions
  • Presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Effectively utilize lead generation system
  • Maintain frequent and personal contact and develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company.

Engagement Origination:
  • Identification & Origination of Prospective Transaction, Business Development, Client meetings
  • Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications.
  • Call on prospective Clients - such as privately held business owners, publicly traded companies and private equity firms.
  • Quickly grasp client business requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs
